This policy explains how Ivan Justice (“I”, “me”, “my”) handles information in connection with this website and any booking inquiry you send. I am a tattoo artist based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. If you have any questions, email booking@ivanjustice.com.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, and roughly where they come from), and to support marketing and remarketing.
Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you accept them using the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, they stay switched off (Google Consent Mode is set to “denied” by default), so no analytics or advertising cookies are placed and no personal data is collected for those purposes. You can decline, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer.
If you accept, Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information such as your device and browser, the pages you view, your approximate location, and a randomly generated identifier, and this information is processed by Google. I do not sell your personal information.
The web host that serves this site may also keep standard, temporary server logs (for example, IP addresses and requested files) for security and reliability. These are ordinary hosting logs and are handled by the host.
Information you choose to give me
The only personal information collected is what you decide to send through the booking form:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The placement and a description of the tattoo you want
- One placement photo, and up to five reference images
- Any notes you add about your idea or references
You provide this voluntarily, and only when you submit the form.
How your information is used
I use it for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry and to design, quote, and schedule your tattoo. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How it is sent and stored
When you submit the booking form, your answers and images are sent securely to me through Netlify Forms, the form service provided by my website host. Netlify processes and stores the submission on my behalf so I can read it and reply, and I also receive a copy by email. Your booking details are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for my scheduling records, and are deleted on request.

Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent at any time by emailing booking@ivanjustice.com. Please don’t submit anything through the form that you would not want to share.
Adults only
This site and my work are intended for adults (18+). Please do not submit information through the booking form if you are under 18.
Links to other sites
Links from this site — for example to Instagram — are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies, not this one.

I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
